How this site pays for itself
This site earns commission from some of the booking links it carries. That is the whole business model — no subscriptions, no paid placements, no sponsored destinations.
Which links earn money
Links that lead to a booking or rental site. They are marked in the page markup and disclosed in a line at the top of every page that carries them. Links to data sources, official rules and our own pages never earn anything.
What it does not change
Measurements are computed before anyone decides what to link to, and the computation has no idea which partners exist. A resort with a steep water entry gets that figure published whether or not there is a hotel programme covering it.
We also publish the sentence «you do not need this here» regularly — for car rental in walkable resorts, for city passes that do not pay off, for transfers where the bus is fine. A reader who trusts us and books nothing is worth more than one who books and regrets it.
What we refuse
Paid placement in rankings, sponsored destinations, review sections we did not compute, and any arrangement that would change a published figure. If a partner ever asks for one, the answer is on this page.
